H & H Lawn Care, Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any details you write about your lawn. We also record the date and time of the submission.
If you apply for a job through our careers page, we collect what you put on the application: your name, phone number, email address, the town you live in, your answers about your driver’s license and driving record, your experience and anything you write in the note. We use it only to consider you for work at H & H Lawn Care.
If you choose to add background check details, we also collect your driver’s license number, issuing state and expiration date, your date of birth, your home address and your electronic signature on the background check permission. Those details are stored encrypted, are never sent by email, and are used only to obtain your driving record and background check report. We share them only with the state motor vehicle agency or background screening company that runs the check.
With each submission we also record the IP address it came from, and, where our host provides it, the country and region that address resolves to. Often our host does not provide it, and then the IP address is all we hold about where the request came from. We use it to stop the form being abused and to tell a local request apart from one sent from the other side of the country. We do not use it to work out your street address.
If you use the Use my location button on the quote form, your browser asks your permission and then hands your coordinates to the page. They are used once, inside your own browser, to pick the nearest town on our route and fill in the city field. They are never sent to us and never sent to anyone else.
We do not require you to create an account to browse this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Text and phone messages
By submitting a form on this site you agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications and similar) from H & H Lawn Care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 706-234-5296. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We will not share your phone number with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and communicate with customers (for example, our website host and email provider), and only to the extent needed to do that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Our quote form and job application are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. When a page with the form loads, Cloudflare receives your IP address and details about your browser so it can tell a person from an automated program, and uses them for that check. It does not receive anything you type into the form.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Our Cookie Policy covers what would be stored and by whom if that ever changes, and this page will be updated at the same time.
Data retention and security
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to service the account and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Job applications are kept for as long as we need them to make hiring decisions and meet the record-keeping rules that apply to employers. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling 706-234-5296 or writing to us at the address below.
